So early on and we already encounter a problem that, in hindsight, I should have seen and acknowledged earlier.
In the thread "Potential for Greatness"
, the villain NPC MOOK 545 is fighting Martin Fernando Rivera, O'Daniel Gangritch, and Darrek Chaisson. During his first attack at Darrek, he did 17 damage, which poor Darrek, having only 24 health, unfortunately took, knocking him down to only 7 health. Darrek's player, Nico, the co-admin and co-GM of In The Mix, brought this to me, which really showed me how fucked stats are right now.
The thread will not be closed while we fix it, and the mini-event with MOOK 545 will go on, with simpler combat. We will try and fix stats as soon as possible so you can enjoy this game more. In the mean time, have fun, post a bunch, and kick some ass.
Sidenote: Do not edit a post that you have rolled in. It breaks the roll part of the post and makes you look suspicious. Instead, make a second post right under it with the results of the attack you may or may not have dodged.
Side-sidenote: If you have any suggestions- any at all, leave them in the suggestion thread over here.

If you've got any suggestions for how to fix the system, or maybe suggestions on events or side stories, post them here and we'll look 'em over!

It was a day in Pondey town. Nothing particularly ordinary or out of the ordinary, as if obscurity had wiped away anything that could be considered normal about this town while also taking away anything that could be described as interesting. Truly, it had been some time something actually happened in town and this both bored and pissed off a certain delinquent. O'Daniel Gangritch, age 17, was average- for a delinquent. Despite living in Pondey all his life, he was rude, brash, and always itching to punch at least one person's lights out. His grades were average- they could be better if he got along with his teachers. His attitude was unchecked- likely caused by years of being ignored by his aloof and estranged father. And his outfit was certainly something.
Gangritch had spent the day with nothing to do. He had already eaten lunch at Bravo's, had a nice chat with Bartha about his tailor-made vests, and the rec center wouldn't let him play chess with the elderly after what he did to some poor old veteran. Yes, truly he had nothing to do. Until. Until he spotted a strange man in town. It wasn't unusual for towns to get visitors and tourists every now and then, unless that town was Pondey, way out of the way of everything, with nothing interesting to offer strange people. But there he was, sneaking about with a camera and a shady hat, completely covering his face. Other than that, the man wore a grey top and some regular blue jeans. His attire suggested run-of-the-mill weirdo, but his bulking muscles, almost bursting out of his shirt, suggested otherwise. Whoever he was, he was likely to make today a lot more interesting for Pondey...

Name: O'Daniel Gangritch
Height: 6 foot 9
Weight: 300 pounds
Appearance: Gangritch is a physically fit, tall, olive skinned man with brown, spiky ramp hair, brown eyes, and a shit-eating grin that could devour a god damn sun. He always wears black triangle shades, a light-brown cloth vest, jeans, and a pair of black boots.
Personality: A delinquent by nature, Gangritch is a rude, honor-less man who rarely follows rules, especially in battle. Though usually calm, Gangritch is not afraid to speak his mind, and often does it just to initiate battle. Despite this, he does think, though often more than he needs to, and is one to get into interesting games of "Xanatos speed chess" for fun. Gangritch does not pull punches in fights. It's all about winning, after all. He cheats, lies, steals and does as he pleases if it means winning.
History: Gangritch was a delinquent ever since his dad, the current Vaker of Apliscrocy, left when he was five. Ever since then, Gangritch has gone out of his way to be a person his father wouldn't approve of. So he cheats, steals, lies, kicks innocent and non-innocent ass- basically anyone in his way. Then there was the day he got a suspicious letter. The letter told him to meet someone down by the lake, which Gangritch willingly- but cautiously- did. Of course, the person who met with him just wanted to fight and, in the middle of that fight, Gangritch unlocked his Skro.
Skro Class: Bangin'
